These are two of the most vulnerable groups in a society and the attitude of society towards them is a measure of its piety. The virtuous people who donated funds for this campaign provide financial and moral support to orphans and disadvantaged children.
Currently, the association supports two orphans from Sofia, and the conditions for supporting orphans are:
- providing a birth certificate,
- father's death certificate,
- photo of the child,
- contacts of the child's guardians.
And for providing assistance to disadvantaged children, the conditions are:
- providing a birth certificate,
- photo of the child,
- documents certifying financial need, illness, social status, etc.
- contacts with parents or guardian.
A person who takes care of an orphan is a neighbor of Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Paradise.
It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Whoever removes a worldly worry from a believer, Allah will remove a worry from his worries on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever relieves a person in difficulty, Allah will relieve him in both the worldly life and the Hereafter…

Al-Selyam Association , at which meeting a decision was made, supported by all founders, which states that: " 5% of the amount of each donation, which is not Zakat, should go towards operating expenses for carrying out the activities of the association.
The online transfer system that our platform uses (Stripe) charges transaction fees on each transfer in the amount of 1.4% of the amount + 0.5 BGN .
They ask you ˹O Prophet in˺ what ˹way˺ they should donate. Say, “Whatever donations you give are for parents, relatives, orphans, the poor, and ˹needy˺ travellers. Whatever good you do is certainly well known to Allah.”
