Important: Correctly Filling in the "Reason for Payment" When Donating
When making a donation through our platform, it is mandatory to correctly enter the "Reason for Payment". This is crucial because it allows our system to properly associate your donation with the selected campaign.
Why is this important?
Incorrect or missing "Reason for Payment" may cause delays or prevent your donation from being properly allocated.
Providing the correct details ensures that your contribution reaches the intended cause.
Thank you for your support!
Updating Donation Information
The donation amounts for all campaigns on our platform are updated every 48 hours. This means that your donation may not be reflected immediately after the payment, but it will be included in the next update.
Why is the information updated every 48 hours?
- We group incoming donations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- The processing takes time as it goes through verification and confirmation.
- This approach guarantees reliable and precise information for all donors.
If your donation has not yet appeared, please wait for the next update. Thank you for your support and trust! π
