Al-Selyam Charitable Association and the People of Sarnitsa Municipality are jointly organizing a charity campaign to raise aid for refugees who have left their troubled countries.
The goal of the campaign is to provide warm food and blankets to those in need, given the onset of the harsh winter season and the dwindling supplies of food.
Those wishing to get involved can do so by donating the following goods:
- potatoes
- pasta
- rice
- oil
- blankets
For more than 11 years, Syrian refugees have been a test and a reward for us.
A test – to see injustice, and we have no opportunity to help. A reward – to do good deeds and to be of help to oppressed people in whatever way we can. There are families with 5, 7, 10, 12 children .
The donations will be collected on Saturday (November 25, 2023) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday (November 26, 2023) from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the municipality building in the town of Sarnitsa.
May Allah be pleased with all the donors and with the Municipality of Sarnitsa and the Director of the Kindergarten.
